CNC Services
CNC stands for Computerized Numeric Control. Essentially, CNC its is a computer controlled router the can cut programmed paths in a variety of material. We use CNC in the shop at HRW for a variety functions, primally for cutting our cabinet case parts out of plywood. However our CNC capabilities extend far beyond cutting plywood.
With our CNC we can create unique custom signs and engravings, flatten slabs and even 4th Axis carvings that would be impossible to do on a lathe. We work with many designers and business through out the south to produce high end pieces that grace the halls and homes thought out the south.

Cabinet Shops
WE offer part cutting for same to medium cabinet shops that don’t have CNC capabilities. We can work with your designers to create a parts list of case parts for your next project. Parts will be pre-drilled for your hardware and set up for your constructions methods. Each part is labels and ready for assembly in your shop. We can even edge band in PVC and Wood to your specifications.
